Help Wanted!

So, for the few, the brave, here's what you need to know.

Inclusive Pod Membership:

• Anyone can be a Pod Member whether you've consigned or not (this includes your dad, in-laws, and teenagers too).

Flexible Shift Options:

• The shifts are in 2 to 4-hour blocks, and are available before, during, and after sale hours. So there's something for everyone, and plenty of shifts available but they're offered on a first come, first serve basis.

Age Restriction for Shifts:

• Age restriction is 16, or mature 12+ year olds if accompanied by a parent. 

Early Shopping Privilege:

• Sign-up for one or more shift and shop an hour earlier for pre-sale (shop at 5:00 instead of 6:00 on Friday night).

Shift Scheduling Options:

• You can schedule your shift(s) online, or by contacting us.

Recruit Dads and Husbands:

• Don't forget Dads and Husbands – we appreciate their assistance, and you can count both their shifts and yours. We especially need their support on Monday (4/7/25), for set-up at 3:30 pm before the sale starts, and the last day (4/15/25) during the sort/breakdown. They can help other times also for security, etc.

Cancellation and Replacement Policy:

• You can cancel or change your shift up to 7 days before the first drop-off date. After 7 days you must plan on sending a replacement for your scheduled shift if for some reason you're unable to make it.

Commitment Impact:

• Please note, anyone that does not show up (or send a replacement) for a scheduled shift jeopardizes their chances of becoming a Pod Member with Sweet Peas in the future.

Early Unsold Items 

Pickup for Pod Members:

• If you become a Pod Member, you can go ahead and take your unsold items with you that Tuesday night of the sale after sort/breakdown, this way you do not have to come back on Wed for pick up. 

Table and Rack Donations Request:

• We are always in need of tables (and sometimes rolling racks). If you happen to have either of these items that you don't mind us borrowing, then we may have an incentive you're going to love.

Pre-sale Pass Exchange:

• We'll trade you one pre-sale pass for your rack and/or table.

Exclusive Offer for Consignors:

• Already consigning in Sweet Peas up-coming sale? Then we'll give you an earlier shopping pass to shop with the Pod Members.

Drop-off and Set-up Location:

• Racks and tables need to be delivered to the gym at First Baptist Church on the first day of drop off or the day we set up. (Unless you get a hold of us to set up a better time for you.) 

Additional Fixtures Welcome:

• Have other fixtures that may be useful? Call us with a description and approximate size.

Pick-up Information:

• All items will need to be picked up on Wednesday (04/16/25) during pick up from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. (if you help break down at 4pm the night before, on Tuesday evening, you can take your left over items home then.)
